This fall, you won’t need a passport to get to Oktoberfest – the festivities land on Riverside Drive October 4 – 6 thanks to Bluff City Oktoberfest!
The weekend-long event will benefit Samaritan Counseling Centers of the Mid-South and feature a beer garden and regional craft brews, a BBQ cooking contest, local artisans and live music. There will also be nonprofit booths, food trucks and family activities.
The festival’s music will be curated by the Memphis Bluegrass Association and Cedar Grove Opry (Cedar Grove, Tenn.).
Admission will be free with a donation of $5 or a gently used child’s coat or comparable canned goods for the Mid-South Food Bank.
Check out the event’s Facebook and Twitter pages and stay tuned for more details as they are announced over the coming months.
