Friday: Hiding Places release show at 1884

September 10, 2013 · Signal Flow

It’s finally here! Myla Smith’s Hiding Places is out today and available via all major digital retailers and MylaSmith.com.

To celebrate the release, Myla will hit the 1884 Lounge stage this Friday, Sept. 13.

Myla calls this record the most complete expression of who she is as an artist. Hiding Places was produced by Brad Jones (Over the Rhine, Josh Rouse, Hayes Carll) at Alex the Great Recording in Nashville. She’ll play a Nashville release show at The Basement on Monday, Sept. 16.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Friday. Cover is $5, or $10 will get you in the door and a copy of the album. Misti Rae opens the show, and music begins at 8 p.m.! Check out the video for the lead single from the record, “Can’t Say No,” below, and don’t miss Myla’s recent feature in Billboard Magazine.
