Forget this temporary cold snap – this summer is going to be a hot one. Thursdays Squared launches tomorrow night in Overton Square!
Beginning tomorrow and running through August 28, Resource Entertainment Group will bring a mini-music-festival feel to Midtown every Thursday night from 6 to 11 p.m. in the Tower Courtyard at Overton Square (Trimble Place and Florence Street). The line-up is jam packed with local favorites and national touring acts, plus there will be contests, giveaways and tons of special guests! There will also be beer and wine sales, food, and tons of free and cheap parking.
Kicking things off tomorrow night, Party Planet will take center stage along with special guests Patrick Dodd from NBC’s “The Voice,” Al Kapone, Ruby Wilson, and – just announced this week – hometown favorite FreeSol making his return to the Memphis stage. It’s an all-out Memphis music celebration.
All you need to be a part of the inaugural Thursdays Squared is $5.
